Baked Pear William, baked organic Bartlett pear baked with warming spices and folded into a bittersweet chocolate ganache and piped into a dark chocolate shell.

Balvenie 16 year French Oak has aromas of Gingerbread and sponge cake and flavors of almond pastries, honeyed apricot, buttery vanilla and a touch of toasted cedar. Habanero Harvest, organic chocolate-habanero infused into a dark chocolate ganache and piped into a dark chocolate a shell. Dos Hombres Mezcal is made with agave Espadin in San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca. The agave used in the mezcal are cooked in underground pit ovens, milled by horse-drawn tahona, fermented 7-10 days with mountain spring water, and double distilled in copper stills. As founders, Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston (from Breaking Bad) put it "We started Dos Hombres to create a Mezcal that we thought was perfect. A unique blend of the finest Espadin agave, hand-selected from the hillsides of a small village in Oaxac, Mexico. Dos Hombres has notes of apples, mango, local fruits, wood and smooth smoke.

Mezcal Rayu Espadin Joven is produced by Isaias Martinex Juan in San Juan del Rio, Tlacolula, Oaxaca. This is an artisianal mexcal cooked in an under ground conical oven, crushed by a horse-drawn tahona, naturally fermented in pine wood vats, and double-distilled coper pot stills. This mexcal has notes of fruits such as banana, mango, pineapple and a touch of caramel. The name "Rayu" translates to '"rayo" which means bolt of lightning in Zapotec, the language of the Oaxsacan culture.
