Salads
Our salads begin with a bowl of fresh romaine lettuce then add your choice of the following ingredients; vegetarian black beans, pinto beans, freshly sauteed fajita mix, salsas, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. Top it off with one of our awesome housemade dressings; chipotle ranch, balsamic vinaigrette or cilantro pesto. Chicken, steak, shredded beef, carnitas, grilled shrimp, fish or vegetarian.
Burritos
Zaba's has become famous for our huge, delicious, made to order burritos. Choices for burritos include; flour or whole wheat tortilla, cilantro-lime white or brown rice, regular or sweet potatoes, vegetarian black beans or pinto beans, freshly sauteed fajita mix, salsas, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, cabbage and lettuce with chicken, steak, shredded beef, carnitas, grilled shrimp, fish or vegetarian.
Nachos
More cheese heaven, only this time we import a truly authentic asadero cheese from mexico. First we melt it down then add fresh ingredients to make a real queso dip that we pour over a bowl of chips to make some of the best Nachos around. Add your favorite beans, salsa, sour cream and a meat of your choice
Zaba Bowls
Zaba Bowls are a great way to cut back on your calories and carbs. Served in a bowl, they include your choice of all the same fresh ingredients you'll find in any one of our burritos
Tacos
Start off by choosing soft flour, soft corn or crispy corn tortillas, then add your choice of salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, cabbage and lettuce. Chicken, steak, shredded beef, carnitas or vegetarian
Fish Tacos
You gotta try our award winning fish tacos. Served on soft corn tortillas we add lightly battered cod, fresh pico de gallo, our housemade chipotle ranch sauce, cabbage and a side of limes.
Shrimp Tacos
Freshly grilled chipotle-lime shrimp served on soft flour or soft corn tortillas with your choice of salsa, sour cream, cheese and cabbage. Try them with our cilantro pesto
Quesadilla
A blend of Monterey Jack and white cheddar cheese (shredded in-house daily, by the way), melted on your choice of flour or whole wheat tortilla. Quesadillas include your choice of a salsa, sour cream and a side of guacamole. Go just plain cheesey or try adding one of our delicious meats.
