Our Dosas
The Dosa begins with a south Indian savory crepe made with a traditional fermented rice and lentil batter. The fermentation process is what gives the dosas their delicious flavor and satisfying consistency. We top the dosas with 2 homemade sauces. Sambar, a lentil and vegetable soup which we then blend to eat on the go easily. Awesome sauce, a tangy blend of sour cream, jalapenos and cilantro. Our fresh coconut chutney is served on the side.
