Coffee

12 oz. Belle Epoque
$15.50
The Belle Epoque blend tastes equally well black or with milk. In lattes and cappuccinos, the flavor reminds us of strawberries and cream. Sometimes two different coffees can come together to create something truly new, truly special. The Belle Epoque is proof of that. It’s perfect to sip, savor, and relax with.
12 oz. Calypso
$14.50
Calypso pays homage to the classic espresso experience and its decades of tradition. Deep and complex flavors are immersed in a rich, syrupy body. Notes of dark chocolate and cherry dominate, with baking spices emerging as the cup cools. Designed with espresso in mind, it also yields an exceptionally well-balanced drip coffee. The current blend is 50% Costa Rica and 50% Colombia.
12 oz. Colombia Finca el Naranjo
$14.75
This coffee creates a deliciously balanced cup. Mild red fruit notes and acidity remind us of red grapes and black cherries, which match with brown sugar sweetness. Perfect for a morning drip as well as a bold espresso, give this coffee a try!
12 oz. Costa Rica Perla Negra
$21.00
We tasted a number of naturals from Central American producers before settling on this exceptionally clean and fruity offering from Las Lajas. The name “Perla Negra” refers to both the exceptional quality of the coffee picked for this process, as well as the appearance of the patio-dried cherries as they are prepared for milling. In the cup, expect a winey, fruit-forward coffee, with rich, chocolaty undertones and more depth than an African natural. This is our third season carrying this coffee, and it has remained a team favorite for its consistent quality and uniqueness.
12 oz. Costa Rica Tarrazu
$14.00
This coffee comes to us from the legendary Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. We were drawn to it for its versatility and flavor. The chocolate and maple sweetness is accentuated by a soft winey and grape acidity. It is a very well balanced cup and delicious on its own or as espresso. As espresso, it is rich, sweet and chocolate forward, making it a delightful shot as well as the perfect companion to milk.
12 oz. Ethiopia Reko
$16.25
It's back and we couldn't be more excited! To the uninitiated, there is something classically unexpected in the floral aromatics and bright fruit of a well-prepared Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. We settled on this iteration from the Reko washing station after cycling through many others in our first couple of years roasting. While remaining true to form with light jasmine and lemon notes, the fresh berry, and occasional stone fruit notes that present in the cup makes this coffee a truly exceptional expression of a classic specialty coffee. The intense sweetness balances the acidity and aromatics of this coffee.
12 oz. Ethiopia Sidama Ardi
$16.50
12 oz. Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Ayele Dula
$17.50
Ayele Dula's skills are on full display in this lot, which exhibits distinct notes of ripe berry and pink lemonade. To highlight these features, we've roasted the coffee on the lighter side, caramelizing the sugars to the level of mild honey. We love showcasing coffees from individual farms like Ayele's, where the care and attention of the producer really shine through. Enjoy!
12 oz. New World Mokka Java
$15.75
Our version pairs a classically rich and nutty estate-grown coffee from Java with a light, fruity and floral Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, which mimics the classic character of the Yemeni coffees that are in such short supply these days. A new world takes on a very old-world blend…
12 oz. Papua New Guinea Kunjin
$14.25
A new Papua New Guinea offering for us this year, Kunjin gets its name from the region where many of the local smallholder farmers grow these coffee beans. The lots are collected, sorted, separated, and cupped, all to ensure quality at the processing level of the coffee chain. These cherries are washed and fermented dry for 24 hours before they spend three to six days drying on tarpaulins.
12 oz. Periscope
$15.00
This time, we are heading to Central America and Africa. We paired a very sweet and full-bodied coffee from Colombia with a juicy and lively coffee from Ethiopia. In the cup, the result is a well-balanced blend that is sweet, vibrant and complex. The raspberry and citrus notes that characterize Ethiopia cut through the sweet, chocolate tones of Colombia in a manner both subtle and distinct. Periscope is delicious as espresso and plays well with milk while being a superstar as a drip.
12 oz. Sumatra Lintong
16.00
As with the naturally processed coffees that we offer, this iteration of a classic wet-hulled Sumatra Lintong is distinctive in its preparation. A lot of work has been done to make this a great coffee before it arrives at our door, setting it apart from a lot of other Lintongs on the market. The earthy, woody, fermented notes that can sometimes dominate a Sumatran yield to surprisingly clear and bright citrus in this coffee, along with herbs and baking spices, and heavy sweetness.

$Decaf

12 oz. Decaf Calypso
$15.55
Decaf drinkers don’t get enough love. There’s no reason they shouldn’t be able to enjoy a cup of coffee as good as that of their caffeine-consuming companions and that's why created this blend. It works wonderfully as drip and espresso and in milk-based espresso preparations. The caramel and chocolate character of Peru and the citrus and fruit character of the natural processed Ethiopia work pair together in harmony. The current blend is comprised of 50% Mexico and 50% Ethiopia. Decaf drinkers, we’ve got your back!
12 oz. Decaf Ethiopia Sidama
$15.75
This naturally processed decaf from the Sidama region of Ethiopia has a rich chocolate character paired with lovely soft berry notes, often found in the caffeinated "cousins" of natural processed coffees from this region. There is no reason you shouldn't be able to enjoy a cup of coffee as good as that of your caffeine-consuming companions. Enjoy!
12 oz. Decaf Mexico Sierra Madre
15.25
Hello, there decaf drinker. There is no reason you shouldn't be able to enjoy a cup of coffee as good as that of your caffeine-consuming companions. This is a great decaf with a caramel and chocolate character that will be delicious black or paired with milk. Decaf drinkers, we’ve got your back!

12 oz. Flash Chilled - Ethiopia Yirgacheffe
$5.00
We are excited to offer our Single Origin Ethiopia in the Flash Chilled format. Just as with our roasted coffees from the Yirgacheffe region, this coffee is bright and fruit-forward. The flash chilled brew processes beautifully retains the brighter lemon and fresh raspberry notes of this coffee.
12 oz. Flash Chilled - Costa Rica Tarrazu
5.00
