Derho Alitcha
tender chicken pieces, simmered in spiced butter with onions, and a mixture of fresh ginger root, garlic and turmeric.
Spris
(mild braised beef), cubed tenderloin of beef, simmered in garlic onions, fresh tomatoes, white wine and jalapeno peppers (if desired).
Vebge Beghee Alitcha
Vebge Beghee Alitcha (mild lamb stew), succulent pieces of lamb, some still on the bone, slow cooked in a mild sauce with turmeric, garlic & ginger.

Fitfit
(dallul's special breaded stew), chopped tenderloins of beef, simmered in a spiced butter sauce with onions and our special mixture of exotic spices.
Gored-Gored
(country-style steak tartar), bite-sized pieces of beef tenderloin, served with spiced butter sauce and a hot red pepper powder called mitmita.
Kitfo
(steak tartare), copped tenderloin of beef, mixed with seasoned butter and a very special hot pepper, garnished with spiced cottage cheese. this dish can be served however you like; traditional style (uncooked) or leb-leb (lightly fried) with or witho.

Ataklit Alitcha
(Very mild veg.), cabbage , potatoes and carrots sautéed in olive oil.
Doro Wot
(spicy chicken stew)tender whole pieces of chicken, marinated in lime juice and slow cooked in a special hot pepper sauce with onions and whole hard boiled eggs.
Gomen
(chopped grens), chopped collard greens or spinach, cooked with onion garlic.
Missir Alitcha
(mild yellow lentils), split and pureed lentils, cooked in turmeric sauce with garlic and ginger.
Missir Wot
(spicy lentils), split and pureed red lentils, cooked in our home made hot sauce with garlic and ginger.
Silssi
(spicy vegetable sautee), onion and tomatoes, simmered in seasoned butter sauce and hot red chilly pepper spices served with spiced cottage cheese or yogurt.
Tibsi
(spicy braised beef), tinder beef cubes, quick-grilled in seasoned butter with jalapeño peppers, onions and white wine.

(spicy lamb stew), whole chunks of lamb, some still on the bone, slow cooked in our hot chilly pepper sauce and a mixture of exotic spices.
Zuresh Ekefegn
thinly sliced beef, marinated and simmered in seasoned butter and hot pepper spices, with collard greens, greens, garlic, wine and pepper.
