Our Spaghetti

We let it simmer until it developed then we toss it with our fresh fettuccine noodles and scoop one more ladle full on top. We then dress with Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino-Romano cheese and a little parsley. Sure to please!

Spicy Bolognese

We are proud of our Spicy Bolognese, to put it simply, this is a pasta you can eat everyday, any time of day. We start with Onions, carrots and celery to make a traditional Italian Soffritto. From there we add our blend of spices and garlic to our signature marinara sauce and combine, then cook and add ground turkey, ground beef and ground pork sausage and let this simmer until it has developed. We add our secret blend of 3 heats to it and you have our Spicy Bolognese. We then toss it with our fresh fettuccine noodles and scoop one more ladle full on top and dress with Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino-Romano cheese and a little parsley. Choose how spicy you want it!
