All kits come with 32 oz of our house made dosa batter to make 6 to 8 home-cooked dosas. Add on Sambar, Potato Masala, Chutney and try our signature curry sauces with some local farmer's market vegetables. Moilee gravy: used with our prawn Moilee curry (no prawns included) and goes great with fish, tofu, chicken or paneer. Tomato-Coconut gravy: which is used with our seasonal vegetable curry and goes well with tofu, paneer, chicken or other meats.
