Ying ming Yunnan is grown in the Yunnan province of china at very high elevations over 3,500 to 6,000 feet above sea level. Produced only during March and April when the mountain air is moist and cool it has an excellent fullness with a subtle sweetness. Interestingly, it is the height that gives the province its name; Yunnan translates into English as “south cloud”.) the altitude, combined with the warmth and humidity of the highlands creates a natural greenhouse that allow Yunnan tea plants to thrive. This truly impeccable tea is delicious for any time of day and will leave you feeling alert, refreshed and wonderfully inspired.
