Loaded with garden fresh vegetables, simmered in our broth, olive oil and spices. We've already added our delicious homemade fettuccine pasta.
Minestra di Fagioli
A variety of beans simmered together for hours gives you the pleasure of enjoying this hearty soup. Toast some crusty Italian bread, rub it with fresh garlic and place it at the bottom of your soup bowl, then pour on the soup
Lentil
A hearty soup made with onions, garlic, celery, herbs, and lentils in a savory broth base.
Mushroom & Fedilini Soup
Fresh dried porcini mushrooms, diced celery, and sautéed diced chicken breast simmered in our rich chicken broth to which cappelli d'angelo pasta has been added.
Tomato Florentine
A delicious soup which begins with caramelized onions and celery. We then add vine-ripened tomatoes and sauteed fresh spinach to a rich broth base and finish it off with orzo pasta.
Tortellini
Our exquisite veal tortellini added to our heavenly chicken broth.
Chicken Noodle Soup
Our rich chicken broth loaded with the finest of cappelli d'angelo pasta.
Chicken Broth

Pomarola Sauce
Whole ripe tomatoes, fresh onions, extra virgin olive oil, and the finest herbs and spices simmered to perfection.

Marco's Sauce (alla Puttanesca)
One of our pasta chefs, Marco, has created a special sauce for those red sauce lovers who like a bite to their pasta. Porcini mushrooms, diced prosciutto, red pepper, herbs, and fresh tomatoes make up this innovative addition to our menu.
Cream Sauce
Fresh cream, golden butter, and savory herbs and spices are blended and cooked to a velvety smoothness.
Low Fat Alfredo
Prepared with 2% milk, herbs, and parmigiano cheese.
Porcini Sauce
Imported porcini mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, herbs, and white wine combine beautifully to create this savory sauce.
Garlic Parmigiano Butter Sauce

Salsa Alla Panna (seasonal)

Salsa Ai Quattro Formaggi (seasonal)

Garlic or Herb Bread
Fresh butter, garlic or herbs spread atop our French bread. Sliced and ready to place in the oven and enjoy.
Pizza
Available with just cheese or with cheese and sausage. Our blend of cheese and homemade sausage make this simply delectable.
Pane Imbottito
Hollowed out French bread restuffed with a blend of diced Italian antipasto meats and cheeses. Slice this loaf into 18 slices and serve at room temperature.
Zuppa Inglese
Vanilla and chocolate custards interlayered with lady fingers dipped in liquor and then topped with whipped cream. Simply sinful!
Tiramisu
A blend of mascarpone, sugar, eggs, and lady fingers dipped in liquor and espresso coffee and topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Cannoli

Ravioli
Perfect for a candlelight dinner. Fresh veal, ricotta, whole eggs, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, stuffed inside our delicious pasta. Delightful tossed with Bolognese Meat Sauce, Pomarola Sauce, or Cream Sauce.
Cappellacci
Reminiscent of Medieval cuisine, this stuffed pasta hails from the Renaissance. We fill this pasta with fresh pumpkin, butternut squash, fresh lemon zest, fresh ricotta, herbs and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Heavenly when tossed in a delicate coating of melted sweet unsalted butter infused with fresh sage.

Our traditional Bolognese recipe made with our distinct Bechamel sauce, exquisite pasta, special sauces, vegetables, and ParmigianoReggiano cheese makes up our delectable meat lasagna. The same ingredients, only using our Pomarola Sauce gives you our spinach vegetable lasagna.
Manicotti
A delicious favorite for either casual or elegant dinners. Creamy ricotta and spinach filling wrapped in the lightest of pasta and baked in our meat, cream, or Pomarola sauces.
Gnocchi
Our wonderful potato gnocchi makes any occasion special. Prepared with fresh potatoes, flour, and fresh eggs. Try them with any of our red sauces

Vitello Parmigiano
Tender slices of veal pounded thin and breaded. Simmered in our special sauce and topped with parmigiano cheese.
Vitello Velluto
Thin slices of veal prepared in a light red sauce and garnished with whole black pitted olives.
Vitello Pastificio
Medallions of veal dredged in flour, sautéed in extra virgin olive oil, and prepared in a light lemon caper sauce.
Vitello Boscaiolo
Medallions of veal which are lightly breaded, sautéed, and prepared in a white wine sauce made with imported, dried porcini mushrooms and fresh parsley.
Ruspante Alla Parmigiana
Filet of chicken breast, sliced thin, and prepared in the same manner as our Veal Parmigiano
Ruspante Velluto
Filet of chicken breast prepared in the same manner as our Vitello Velluto.
Ruspante Pastificio

Ruspante Boscaiolo

Pollo Alla Cacciatora
