These lovely beans come from Jose Amilcar’s family farm, Huertesitas. This small, mountainous farm is located in the Intibuca department of Honduras know for its complex and rich coffees. We’re proud to be partnering with Nordic Approach who helped acquaint us with Jose’s great product. This coffee is lightly roasted to bring out the dried tropical fruit flavors.It has a medium body with a syrupy caramel finish.We’ re loving these beans brewed in a french press.
