Bones Signature Salad
A starter salad of assorted fresh greens tossed with crisp carrot chunks, hearts of palm, asparagus, celery, cucumber slices, grape tomatoes and Green Goddess dressing. Topped with warm applewood-smoked bacon.
Steak & Spinach Salad
A 5 oz top sirloin served over fresh baby spinach and sliced red onions, tossed in a bacon vinaigrette. Topped with bleu cheese crumbles, fried mushroom slices and bacon crumbles.
Nutty Chicken Salad

Fire-grilled favorites come with your choice of any two regular sides. We're not talkin' backyard coal bucket BBQ. We're talkin' two in-house smokers, hand-fed 18" hickory logs, steadily smoking all day and night, every day and night. How else could we smoke 70-100 pounds of pork on property daily?
Baby Back Ribs
Our award-winning Baby Backs are hand-rubbed in a three-staged seasoning process, then marinated, before being hickory smoked for nearly four hours. Fire-grilled to order. Try them in any of our Fire-grill Flavors: Original, Memphis Dry Rub & Brown Sugar.
Smoked St. Louis Ribs
Perfectly trimmed St. Louis ribs marinated for four hours, then slow smoked for an additional four hours. Brushed with our original BBQ sauce or try them in any of our Fire-grill Flavors: Original, Memphis Dry Rub & Brown Sugar.

Hand-pulled Pork

The Cuban
Pulled pork smothered in Swiss cheese and topped with pickles, mayo and our Carolina Gold BBQ sauce. Grill-pressed and served steaming. Change it up with smoked turkey instead of pork.
