One would think we call this donut white lightning because we use white icing. But we also make some with chocolate icing, and we call those white lightning also. So we are just as confused as you are. anyway, this is the owner's second favorite donut and it is a raised bar, dusted with cinnamon and sugar and then drizzled with either white or chocolate icing. You can also get them stuffed with apple, which is basically like a fantastic apple pie flavor profile.
Raised Round Donut

This light and the fluffy donut is in the traditional shape (round with a hole) and can be Iced with Chocolate, White or Maple Icing. We also serve it with or without sprinkles. If you want something specific, then be sure to call the store before you place your order, but if you are ok getting the variation we made that day, then order away.
Jelly or Custard Filled Donut

What you see is what you get here. We don't hide our jellies and custards inside our donuts, we display them for all the world to see! Don't worry, the center is still hollowed out, so there is plenty of filling to go around! The real reason we do our donuts this way is that when we first opened, we mistakenly sold multiple "filled" donuts with no filling, so I decided that from now on everyone could see that the donuts are filled. I fully intended to go back to the traditional way. but this kinda caught on, so it stayed.
Synonym Swirl
