Buffalo Chicken Sandwich: Buffalo seasoned sliced roasted chicken breast, chipotle aioli, smoked gouda, Roma tomato, and organic spring mix served in between two slices of a Macrina baguette. 2. Prosciutto Sandwich: Savory thin-sliced Prosciutto, Gourmini’s basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, Roma tomato, and organic greens. 3. Caprese Sandwich: Gourmini’s basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, Roma tomato, fresh basil, a splash of balsamic with sea salt and pepper.. 4. Reuben Sandwich (Served Hot or Cold): Corned beef, Russian dressing, dijon mustard, swiss cheese, sauerkraut served in between two slices of traditional corn rye made with organic rye flour, caraway and nigella seeds. 5.
