Jambalaya
This classic dish from Louisiana is a perfect showcase for our barbecued meats and is a great example of our whole animal approach to farm-to-table food. Loaded with barbecued pork shoulder, barbecued chicken, house-made Tasso ham, and house-made andouille sausage, the rice and veggies are cooked in house-made pork stock for a meal as nutrient rich as it is filling and delicious. All pork is butchered in-house from Autumn Olive Farms pigs and the chicken comes from Farmer Focus.
