Caipirinha

2oz sagatiba cachaca, 4 grapes, 5-6 muddled lime and 3/4oz organic sugar gum

Cosmopolitan

2oz grey goose, 1/2oz fresh lime, 3/4oz brown sugar syrup, 1oz cranberry, 1 dash lavender bitters, with a flamed grapefruit peel and 1/4oz of cabernet

Manhattan

2oz russell's reserve rye, 3/4oz meletti amaro with 2 drops of yuzu bitters choice of lemon oils or a luxardo cherry

Margarita

1 3/4oz hacienda tequila, 3/4oz fresh lime, muddled cucumber; flower water, 3/4oz agave, with a pinch of salt on top

Martini

1 1/2oz juniper gin, 1/2oz chopin, 1/4oz. lillet with a hint of lemon oil

Mojito

2oz pisco porton, 3/4oz total of fresh lemon and lime, 6 pieces of mint, 2 spoons of cane sugar, 2 gun squirts of water, topped with club soda and sparkling wine

1 part of bols genever, antica sweet vermouth, gran classico, with orange and lemon oils

Old Fashioned

2oz eagle rare 10, 1 dash peychaud bitters, 1 dash angostura, organic sugar, grapefruit and lemon oils (ask for our special tequila old fashioned as well)

Vieux Carre

3/4oz courvoisier vs, 3/4oz thomas handy rye, 3/4oz antica sweet vermouth, 1 teaspoon of benedictine with peychaud and angostura bitters. build over rocks stir and serve
