Whole Bean Coffee
Gatare and Rwanda
$19.00
Medium Light, Wildflower Honey. Single Origin We love unique origin flavors, and when a coffee can offer beautiful, complex sweetness while maintaining distinct origin characteristcs, we swoon! Similar to some of our favorite Ethiopian coffees, notes of floral honey and dried plum are most prominent, but the finish here is distinctively peppered with a touch of warm, earthy cumin. It's a nuanced, tea-like experience we're sure you'll adore.
El Corazon and Peru
$18.75
Medium, Cheerwine. We're kicking off Peru season with a lively, sweet offering from Joel Hidrogo's Finca El Corazón?named after his small heart-shaped farm. El Corazón offers an overtly ripe cherry and persimmon sweetness, grape-like acidity, and the finish reminds us of a sweet but dry chenin blanc.
Namballe and Peru
$18.00
Medium Light, Peach Punch. Single Origin. Last year, Peru Namballe was one of our favorite coffees coming out of Peru, and this year it did not disappoint. The work of the five contributing members in the Namballe district of San Ignacio?all members of Cebicafen Cooperative?improves each year. This coffee is incredibly sweet and fruity with notes of peach, orange, and vanilla, and a light clove spice.
Las Brisas and Colombia
$18.75
Medium, Cherry. Single Origin. One of our favorite coffees from Colombia is back on the menu! With Las Brisas, you can expect subtle cherry and orange flavors, almond, and a baking chocolate finish.
Palmichal and Colombia
$18.00
Medium Roast, Milk Chocolate. Single Origin Dark. Our latest dark filter option, Palmichal, is our best option if you're looking for a sweet coffee with less overt fruit notes. Milk chocolate, burnt sugar, nougat and a hint of dried citrus make it a flavorful but earthier dark filter option.
Minor Monuments
$17.50
Dark, Chocolate. Espresso. Our signature espresso blend: full of depth and chocolate, tailored to express complexity and comfort in any milk beverage, or rise to the occasion as a straight shot.
Los Idolos and Colombia Decaf
$19.50
Medium-Dark, Sweet. Decaf For us, a decaf coffee is not only defined by its lack of caffeine, but also by the versatility of the coffee to satisfy as many coffee-loving palates as possible. This coffee is roasted with enough development to work as an espresso that will hold up in milk, but also taste delicious as a filter coffee. The end result is a full-bodied, caramel-noted decaf that we love.
