Our pizza dough is mixed, weighed and shaped on site in our dough room. It is aged 24 hours, then hand-stretched and baked in our wood fried oven. We bake our pizzas with a charred outside crust and chewy center similar in style to the tie honored pizzas of Naples and Italy.
