Here in Nashville, TN we have an annual horse race every May called the Iroquois Steeplechase. Minimum wait time for this is 30 Min +/. This is the equivalent of a 9x13 pan, but is in our larges pie pan our 11" Deep Dish Pan! Made with fresh fruit and what my grandmother called "Crazy Crust"! Its not bread or cake like, but somewhere in between! It is insanely tasty though!
