Costa Rica La Minita Del Sol
$16.99
Exclusive to just a few coffee roasters throughout the world, Costa Rica La Minita Del Sol is considered to be one of the most exquisite coffees produced. Grown in a unique micro-climate and sun-dried to preserve more of the natural sugars, this coffee is truly one of the last great estate coffees. Every aspect from the nursery to the final milling is overseen with great attention to detail and quality. Only 30 percent of the crop earns the designation of La Minita. If you prefer a darker roast, try our Vienna Roast, made with the same coffee. Medium Roast.Chocolate, citrus, and caramel flavors.
Espresso Classico
$13.50
This blend was designed to maintain its flavor profile throughout the year, regardless of the harvest, so that we can deliver a consistent beverage to our customers. Espresso Roast.Caramel and Chocolate flavors.
Ethiopia Suke Quto (Certified Organic)
$15.99
Beginning with just 5 hectares of land, Tesfaye Bekele established the Suke Quto farm in 2005 with the goal of implementing eco-friendly farming practices under the shade of the natural forest canopy. After a bush fire, many locals stopped growing coffee and moved to producing corn and grain, which can lead to soil erosion and eventually leave the land barren. To lure them back to coffee, Tesfaye distributed coffee and native shade tree seedlings to the farms. There are now over 150 out-growers and Suke Quto has grown to more than 221 hectares of a certified organic coffee plantation. Medium Roast.Milk chocolate, raw honey, apricot and tangerine flavors.
French Roast
$13.50
Higher roasting temperatures produce a coffee with distinctive flavors and low acidity. We roast this coffee dark without losing the natural flavors of the bean. Dark Roast.Caramel, dark chocolate, and smokey flavors.
Guatemala La Flor
$12.99
La Flor Del Cafe comes from the heart of Antigua and is owned by La Minita. Once the harvest is finished in Costa Rica, the La Minita team flies to Guatemala to insure that the coffee is held to the same exacting standards. Medium Roast.Chocolate, caramel, and smokey rum flavors.
Italian Roast
$13.50
The darkest roast that we offer, roasted at a higher temperature for a longer period of time to reach the darkest peak without burning. Dark roast.Caramelized sugar, dark chocolate, and smokey flavors.
Java Government Estate
$12.99
Java has been important to the coffee trade for over 300 years, dating back to the early 1700’s when the Dutch East Indies Company first introduced Arabica coffee to Indonesia. The majority of Java’s high-grade coffee is still grown on large, colonial plantations originally established by the Dutch. These estates are mostly located on the Ijen Plateau, where the plants benefit from the mineral-rich volcanic soil, proportionate rainfall and humid, subtropical climate. Unlike most Indonesian coffee, Javanese coffee is traditionally washed and is regarded as the cleanest of all Indonesian offerings. Medium roast.Spicy chocolate flavors.
Justo Blend
$14.99
Justo means “fair” in Spanish. Light roast.Citrus, walnut, and cocoa flavors.
Kenya Jungle
$14.50
This estate has been operated by the same family since 1974. Set between two rivers on deep volcanic soil, the farm grows, harvests, and processes the coffee on site to retain full quality control. The AB Graded coffee has the impeccable structure of the AA Grade, with the wildness and intensity added by the smaller beans. Keremara LTD holds environmental concerns as well as social responsibilities at the forefront of the operation. Medium roast.Tropical fruit, pear, white peach, and floral flavors.
Mexican Chiapas
