1 lb. Smoked Brisket a la Carte
USDA prime beef brisket is hand trimmed and rubbed down and rests 24 hours before it’s smoked over a hardwood blend.
1 lb. Pulled Pork a la Carte
Carlton Farms boneless pork butt is rubbed with a special spice blend and slow smoked till fork tender. It’s hand shredded and finished in Que’d special sauce.
Baby Back Ribs a la Carte
Meaty ribs are hand selected and trimmed before brining for over 24 hours. Then rubbed with freshly mixed spices and Que’d low and slow.

Mac and Cheese
This is not out of the box, Que'd cheese is hand grated. Rich bechamel sauce, with Beecher's Flagship cheddar, Tillamook Jack is tossed with pasta and garnished with crispy crunchy chicharrones.
BBQ Beans
Southern inspired beans with a twist. Beans are loaded with special blend of organic beef and Smoky Brisket resulting in a rich and hearty side.
Sweet Potato Salad
Sweet potatoes tossed with fresh herbs in a tangy sweet vinaigrette.
Griddle Corn
Pan roasted on a seasoned griddle our crisp sweet corn is blended in a rich and creamy butter sauce with a little spicy kick
