The coffee that goes with you. This is the coffee for travelling! A single-serve pour over that is ready to go with you. All you need is hot water. "One" was designed to be the coffee that goes with you. Whether that is the office, camping, hotel, or wherever life finds you, good coffee is in your hands. No chemicals or adhesives are used. All components are sealed and attached by heat. You can burn it in your campfire, or compost the grounds and recycle the filter. "One" will change the way your drink coffee on the go.
Ethiopia Sidama "Wild Horses"
Blueberry cream, smooth, sweet and natural. We source dur feres and its sister washed coffee, tsebel, from the families and communities. Where we source our highest quality microlots. Dur feres has the same level of traceability, is organic certified, and maintains a steady flavor profile which we ourselves curate using coffees from various regions of ethiopia as they come ripe. This allows us to keep a fresh crop supply. always rotating and gives our roasters the assurance that they can build their sourcing programs around having a constant supply of this coffee at the same price and with the same flavor profile they’ ve come to expect.
Brazil Carmo de Minas
This is a pulped-natural processed coffee, meaning that the cherry skin is removed, but the fruit, or mucilage, is left on the bean to dry for just under two weeks. This gives the bean a full body and low acidity. This is a nutty and floral with a bit of cocoa and a red grape juiciness. This is a great coffee for espresso drinkers, as well as cold brew.
Stark St Blend
Our flagship espresso blend, this coffee works great as a filter coffee as well. Chocolate, floral, bright, and delicious blend from two of our partners: Brazil and Colombia.
House Blend
Our dark roast offering and house coffee. Full body, chocolate, lingering finish.
Genuine Origin Rotating Option
This is rotating option from our friends at genuine origin. They are working with producers from all over the world. They ship 65# boxes, so this will rotate as we roast through the unique and fun offerings. We are roasting the Uganda Rwenzori. Grape, herb-like, raspberry, winey. Our Rwenzori natural was produced at kisinga washing station which started operations in 2016. This lot was hand-picked by the bukonzo farmers group in the kasese district. The Rwenzori mountain range (Famously known as the mountains of the moon) stretch 120km along western Uganda bordering the democratic republic of Congo. The magnificent snow-capped peaks and the glaciers produce many rivers. The high altitude, fertile soils and plentiful rainfall provide perfect conditions for growing arabica. Here, coffee is grown under the shade of banana trees. Farmers also produce cassava, maize, beans and groundnuts for local consumption and additional income.
Decaf Colombia Planadas Estate
This is a natural, sugar cane processed decaf. Currently, this method for decaf is done in Colombia. We think this coffee is spectacular, and that you will agree. From the producers, water is natural. It takes from a spring located near the plant, passes through a sand trap and settles, and no other treatment is used for the process, then a steam boiler. We can say that this water has been tested extensively and is of excellent quality, suitable for use in processes of coffee (A coffee plant cannot use piped water standard, because they use chemicals to make it safe and can alter organoleptically the coffee). Our solvent is produced from sugar cane by the company sucromiles of palmira (Valle state in Colombia). It is a natural solvent, obtained by controlled fermentation of sugarcane molasses, and refined to the highest degree of purity that we require in the process (99.9% purity).
