Braised Short Rib
Braised short rib served over buttermilk mashed potatoes, braising juices, sautéed brussel sprouts and bacon, with pickled radishes.
Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce tossed with our creamy Caesar dressing and fresh Asiago cheese. Includes soup and garlic bread.

Clams
Fresh northwest clams sauteed in a garlic butter white wine sauce. This also makes a great dinner. Dinner will be served with a side of pasta: your choice of sauce. Appetizer or dinner Entrée.
Escargot
Escargot baked in garlic butter, green onions and topped with Asiago cheese.
Fettuccine Alfredo
Fettuccine pasta simmered in a mild Asiago cream sauce. Add chicken or shrimp.
Joe's Special
Sauteed onions, mushrooms and tomatoes in garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Served over pasta with Asiago cheese. Add chicken or shrimp.
Minestrone Soup
Our rich and hearty minestrone soup is Joe Benetti's Nonnas recipe, brought with her from Lucca, Italy. We begin with our house made meat sauce, then add vegetables, beans, and finish by adding pasta; (24 hour notice requested).
Panna Cotta
House made pistachio panna cotta topped with a house made chocolate chip biscotti crumbles and seasonal fresh berries; (ask for with no biscotti crumbles).
Portobello Mushrooms
Portobello Mushrooms sauteed in a garlic butter wine sauce.
Seasonal Mushroom Pasta
Locally sourced wild mushrooms sautéed in garlic, Madeira, and a rich mushroom stock. Tossed with fresh saffron pappardelle pasta and finished with Parmigiano Reggiano (Mushroom variety depending on season and availability).
Root Beer Float
Jones Root Beer over vanilla ice cream.
King Salmon
Pan roasted salmon, risotto with roasted butternut squash & house-cured pancetta, pistachio pesto, and local organic sprout mix.
Seafood Fettucine
Lobster, scallops, and small prawns sautéed with fettuccine pasta; served with your choice of a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce or a spicy Marinara sauce. (Available Fridays and Saturday while supplies last).
Spinach Salad
Baby spinach with strawberries, candied almonds, cornbread croutons tossed with our bacon vinaigrette. Includes soup and bread.
Spaghetti
Spaghetti served with your choice of one of our house sauces.
Spumoni Ice Cream
A delightful combination of strawberry, pistachio and chocolate ice cream with candied fruit.
New York Steak
Choice, dry aged, 10-oz steak, pan-seared and served with roasted fingerling potatoes, pepper bacon, and broccoli. Ask your server for available toppings.
Top Sirloin
6 oz. Wagy beef top sirlion served over crispy house made rosemary garlic fries with mushroom peppercorn sauce, gorgonzola cheese, wild arugula, and a basil aioli.
Vanilla Ice Cream
Classic rich creamy vanilla ice cream.

Baguette Sandwich
Toasted baguette with Prosciutto di Parma, triple cram brie, arugula and local whipped honey.
Fondue
Rich creamy fondue made with Lillet Aperitif wine, fontina, gorgonzola, Asaigo cheeses. Finished with bacon and scallions. Served with bread.
Small Bowl of Clams
Fresh northwest clams sauteed in a garlic butter white wine sauce.
Pork Belly Flat Bread
Slow cooked molasses marinated pork belly, fresh pear, pickled shallots, and argula.
Stromboli
House made dough rolled and filled with spinach ricotta, ground chuck sirloin, mozzarella and Asiago cheese. Comes with a side of marinara sauce.
