Certainly the most famous of all curries! According to legend, a frustrated Scotsman who felt his chicken Tikka was too dry to eat, asked the chef to make a “gravy†for his dish. Using a little ingenuity, the chef combined onion, garlic, heavy cream and tomato soup to unwittingly create what is officially known today as “The National Dish of Great Britainâ€. CTMs are mild and creamy, with marinated chunks of skewered chicken, served with a bed of Basmati rice and warm Naan bread.
