Hash Brown

Brewed in honor of daytonâ€™s hash house harriers, a self-proclaimed drinking club with a running problem. This beer combines caramel and roasted malts with English hops for a light bodied ale. Look for a sweet, toasty character, notes of toffee and just a hint of roast.

Beary Cherry Donut Ale

Malt forward bready beer with hints of pound cake and a kiss of cherry. Our collaboration with bear creek donuts.

Belmont Dropout

A collaboration between eudora, fifth street brewing company, and star city brewing company. A black lager both dry and roasty with smooth malt backbone. Has a moderate mineral flavor and peppery and floral noble hop aromas. The name comes from the fact that all three brewery brewers had at one point managed or worked at brewtensils homebrew store in belmont.

Blue Talon

A low calorie low carb. Hard seltzer with over 250,000 possible flavor combinations to mix and match.

Coffee Pale Ale

Centennial hopped American pale ale, infused with twisted river kenya rita coffee. Both known for citrus forward flavors.

Everything But the Coconut

A key-lime and jalapeno spin on our popular great miami gose. And for fun we used pink himalayan sea salt on this brew. This brew was made by our female bartenders and friends of the brewery.

Fahey's Irish Stout

Insanely dry stout with notes of coffee and dutch cocoa.

Hard Cider Dry

Made from 100% apple juice, our dry cider captures the essence of the apple without any added sweetness. Gluten Free.

Hard Cider Sweet

Made from 100% apple juice, sweetened with more apple juice after fermentation, our sweet cider is pleasantly sweet while not being cloying. Gluten Free.

Hole's Station Golden Ale

A soft bready, yet slightly sweet malt profile using vienna and pale malt. Showcasing east kent golden hops, floral and slightly fruity, with good but not overpowering bitterness. Named after the original miamisburg settlement "Hole's station" founded by zachariah hole. Who's family was from virginia, and ancestors came from England.

Legend Red

Named for 1 of our first members, john the legend lowe, our red ale is a blend of caramel malts and biscuit malt to provide a complex malty and bready character, while being balanced with floral English hops.

Weizen Star

Star cityâ€™s take on a German style hefeweizen. Meaning â€œyeast wheatâ€, this is a cloudy, medium bodied wheat beer with notes of clove and banana from the yeast, and very minimal hop bitterness. If you enjoy blue moon or shocktop, this is for you. Turn it into a shandy by having your server add in some lemonade or a radler by adding sprite for a delightful twist.
