1/2 Dipped Cookies
$5.00

Bark
$17.50
1/2 lb box of your choice of chocolate bark
Assorted Boozy BonBons
Each bonbon is hand painted using various shades of cocoa butter. Each one is beautiful but the taste is sublime
Brooklyn Chunkies
In the 1930s my grandfather Julius made an item called Treats. My father told me about them, but the molds were nowhere to be found. During one of our expansions, a lot of old boxes had to be moved to make some space available. A box broke under a pile of old Easter molds and my grandfather's Treat molds were found. Everything old is new again. Here's our current assortment.
Butter Crunch
We make our buttercrunch with butter-roasted almonds. The crunch is bathed in milk or dark chocolate and immersed in toasted granulated almonds (our original butter crunch) or granulated pistachio nuts. Each small batch is poured on our marble table and hand-cut prior to dipping.
Caramel Apples
Start with a large or petite Granny Smith apple. Dip into freshly made caramel. Hand dip with milk or dark chocolate. Finish with a generous drizzle of 2 types of chocolate, and roasted granulated almonds. Available in 2 sizes - large or petite. 1 large caramel apples serve 4-8 people. Caramel apples can be customized with any topping such as chopped almonds, sprinkles, cookies and cream or mini M&M's.
Caramel Nut Patties
I remember nut patties as a young boy. My dad used to cook the caramel, and then working with a metal funnel, he would quickly pump out dollops of hot caramel onto a bed of nuts. All these years later, I still make them the same way.
Chocolate Covered Cherries
We start the process with all-natural Bada Bing cherries from Tillen Farms. Bada Bing Cherries have no artificial flavors, dyes or colors, corn syrup, or preservatives. The cherries are double dipped in Milk or Dark Chocolate. 1 of the questions that always comes up is, "How do you get the liquid around the cherry?". Magicians don't tell their secrets and neither do we. Unless you come to the store and ask!
Chocolate Covered Fluffy Marshmallows
Since the 1920s, our family has made marshmallows. To this day, Michael uses his Dad's stove and grandfather's copper kettles for each batch. Each piece is hand-cut and dipped in the finest chocolate. Each piece is signed or decorated with a topping. Available in milk or dark chocolate. Custom flavors are available upon request.
Chocolate Covered Oreos
An authentic treat upgraded with JoMart chocolate. Each one is hand-dipped with our own blend of milk or dark chocolate. You're a grown-up now, get over it. Just pour yourself a glass of cold milk and take that first bite.
Chocolate Covered Pretzels
My dad started chocolate covering pretzels in the early '60s. As a young chocolate snob, I always looked at them as a passing fad. I guess I was wrong. It sounds simple enough, take a pretzel, dunk it in chocolate, eat it. Taste one and you'll understand the complexity. The crunch, the chocolate and most importantly-the salt.
Creams
Italian, Coffee, Raspberry, Maple flavors. No 1 knows why these are called Italian creams, but we've decided to just go with it.
Crispy Peanut Clusters
There is nothing complicated here. Take a bite, enjoy the crunch, the touch of sea salt, the satisfying peanut and above all chocolate. Satisfyingly dipped in our milk or dark chocolate. You had a lousy day, treat yourself.
Fluffy Marshmallows
Our original, pure, fluffy, homemade marshmallows. They make for a wonderful treat or a heavenly gift. Our marshmallows are available in an 8 oz. resealable bag, or a 3 oz. cello bag trimmed with gold organza ribbon.
Ganache Stuffed Figs
2 Calimyrna figs stuffed with pecan, honey, cinnamon ganache and dipped in luscious dark chocolate.
Graham Crackers
We dip Graham crackers in our house blend milk or dark chocolate. Each graham is drizzled with 2 types of chocolate to provide an attractive finish.
Heavenly Hash
In the 60s, many candy makers were creating pieces affectionately known as "clean up the kitchen" items. Quite simply, they would make items using the bits and pieces leftover from other items. They were fun, different, tasty, but never the same. My dad opted to make a simple version of these. The result was something he liked to call the Heavenly hash. I never knew how he decided on the name, but back then, there were lots of smiles and darting glances when customers would ask for a pound of hash. On more than 1 occasion we had members of the NYPD asking innocently for some hash, and leaving with big grins. Available in milk or dark chocolate.
Honeycomb
A little bit of nostalgia. A crunchy honeycomb center dipped in milk or dark chocolate.
Flying JakeWiches
$25.00
2 crispy chocolate chip cookies surrounding a generous dollop of JoMart vanilla marshmallow make up our JakeWich. The exposed sides of the marshmallow are rolled in m&m's, pure chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.. There are 6 Jakewiches in each package, consisting of 2 of each topping
Jelly Grahams
People who grew up in the '50s and '60s did not have a lot of chocolate choices, mainly buying their fill from a supermarket or deli. 1 of the standards in New York was the jelly Graham. Though sometimes tasteless, it was part of many of our childhoods. It was hard to tell the wonderful ones from the tasteless ones. Now there is a simple way to enjoy a jelly graham: Pick some up at JoMart. Layered with a graham cracker and dipped in milk or dark chocolate.Who could ask for anything more ? We still make our own raspberry jelly, using my grandfather Poppy Julie & #39;s original recipe.
Laurenettes
There are definite perks to being a candymaker. Watching people smile after tasting something you just made, or seeing the look on someone&# 39;s face when they open a box of their favorite chocolates. But if you are a candymaker and you are looking to name 1 of your newest creations, you can always name it after someone special. In 1983 my dad made a new item.It had a layer of caramel and a layer of marshmallow dipped in chocolate and topped with granulated roasted almonds. And when he needed a name, he called them Laurenettes, after his newest granddaughter, Lauren.
MarissaPan
Marissa helped us develop this new taste. There is a layer of our pistachio marzipan, topped with a layer of our continental truffles. After each piece is hand-dipped, it is topped with a Spanish Marcona almond (roasted with a bit of sea salt). A visual delight, with a wonderful balance of flavor. Available in milk or dark chocolate.
Marshmallow Pie
$5.00
Start off with a Tate's chocolate chip cookie, top it with a generous dollop of JoMart marshmallow, completely cover it with our own blend of milk or dark chocolate. The result is our marshmallow pie.
Nonpareils
The dictionary defines nonpareil as 'without equal'. Who knew that our nonpareils would make it into Webster's. We hand funnel our pure milk, dark or white chocolate over these colorful decorations, to make one of a kind treats. Recently we decided to add another version of nonpareils. Same chocolate, same technique, but instead of funneling chocolate onto nonpareil seeds, we make one of a kind designs using transfer sheets. The results are fantastic, and the possibilities are limitless. Please ask about our transfer sheet designs.
Nut Clusters
Comes with your choice of nuts.
PB&J
PB&J gets the grown-up treatment. We layer our crunchy peanut butter fudge with our slightly tart raspberry jelly. The results are wonderful. Available in milk or dark chocolate.
Peanut Butter Cups
As we go from childhood to adulthood, there is no reason to leave our favorite flavors in the past. I give you the peanut butter cup. Smooth and creamy peanut butter waiting in a chocolate shell-waiting for that first bite. Perfect.
Pistachio Marzipan
My daughter Marissa's favorite. We make our marzipan the old fashioned way, with pure almond paste. My father has always made his marzipan pistachio flavored; we still do it the same way. Dipped in milk or dark chocolate and topped with a couple of green sprinkles or for the purist-no sprinkles. If you like our marzipan, check out the Marissapan!
Potato Chips
After my dad started making chocolate covered pretzels in the '60s, potato chips were the logical next step. The crunch, the salt and the chocolate are just wonderful. Available in milk or dark chocolate, pairs very well with a cold beer.
Raspberry Jelly
Our raspberry jelly is tart and steeped in Rogak Family History. It goes back to Julius Rogak, the original candy maker in our family. You'll have to come and ask Michael for the entire story, he tells it best, and it's the best in person. Our raspberry jelly is available in milk or dark chocolate. If you like it, check out our Jelly Grahams, PB&J, and Jelly Marshmallow!
SNKR
Brand new! The SNKR is our homemade caramel with roasted Spanish peanuts, chocolate nougat, covered in milk or dark chocolate.
Swirls
We spread our marshmallow very thin. The following day it is covered top and bottom with caramel. On the third day, we roll it to the size of a long cucumber and then it is hand sliced. The alternating layers of caramel and marshmallow form a beautiful rolled pattern. We dip the bottom and sides only. Wonderful to look at, delicious to eat.
The Caramel Collection
Caramel is the comfort food of the candy universe. Our recipe dates back to my grandfather, with some improvements made by my dad and then me.

Pre-sliced packages (4-6 slices) net weight approximately 5 oz. Whole pecan rolls net weight is approximately 1 lb. Call if you have any questions.
Biscuits Jordan Crackers
Biscuits, or Jordan Crackers, are an old-time item. Martin, Michaels's dad used to have 2 dark biscuits every day after lunch with a cup of tea. It goes well with coffee too. The cracker has a very mild flavor which adds a nice "crunch" to the chocolate. Available in milk or dark chocolate.
