We begin our sorrel rum sorbet by steeping dried petals of the hibiscus flower in boiling water. We traditionally add cinnamon and cloves to the brewed tea and finally we top it all off with Caribbean dark rum. This combination makes for a bold and intense flavor that is truly reminiscent of Christmas in the islands.

This Jamaican favorite is made by adding Grape-nut cereal to our vanilla ice cream. The cereal is soaked overnight in the vanilla base. The end flavor is bold and nutty with a lovely breakfast cereal taste that is reminiscent of home.
