Ballast Point Sculpin IPA

Harviestoun Old Engine Oil
$8.00
old engine oil is a near-black brew with a silky-smooth rummy aroma, a coffee-ish palate, and a suggestion of the darkest chocolate. it is made from pale malt, roasted barley and malted oats. old engine oil is well-hopped with the sweetish variety galena from washington state, worchester fuggles and east kent golgings.the pg (present gravity) of old engine oil is unusually high. this is because ken brooker wanted to produce a beer that had the character of a barley wine, i.e. high pg, lots of mouthfeel and high viscosity but with only6 % abv, rather than the more normal barley wine abv of about 8.5 %.he has used a high mash temperature to give the required wort profile. the trick is to balance this sweetness with the hop bitterness and acrid flavors from the roast barley.

$6.50
brewed with hefty amounts of european malts and four kinds of american hops, it delivers a blast of hop aromas, a rich middle of malt and hops, and a thrilling finish. it weighs in at 6.5 % alcohol by volume. why squeeze such a big brew into a little can? because we think fun in the great outdoors calls for great beer. our cans go where bottled beers can't, where flavorless canned beers don't belong. and no matter where you drink dale's pale ale, our can protect it from light and oxidation far better than bottles do.
Oskar Blues Deviant Dale's
$10.00
deviant dale's ipa was born at the crossroads, in a juke joint, as if dale's pale ale sold its soul to balance deviant's foreboding aromas of citrus, grapefruit rind and piney resins with a copper ball-of-fire color and inscrutable finish. the 2011 gabf silver medal winner (american ipa category) is the devil incarnate with untold amounts of malt and hedonistic columbus dry-hopping. oskar blues' southern spirit caught a northbound blues bus to colorado to deliver the boundary bustin' brewery's first 16 oz. tallboy can.

$6.50
our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. this pilsner is a clear golden color. four additions of saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.
Sixpoint Bengali Tiger Ipa
$6.50
the resurgence of the india pale ale as a popular style has only accelerated in recent years. the american palate has rediscovered the abundant and diverse range of flavors contributed by the brewers' spice, hops, and subsequently has demanded beers with more hop character. but we at sixpoint wholeheartedly believe a well-crafted ipa should not flaunt its hops; it should present them with grace. underneath the aggressive bitter hop flavor there should be a comforting, sweet malt foundation that cradles the palate. the bengali tiger entices you with an aroma of citrus, pine and spice and unleashes a wave of bitterness upfront. yet it strides forward at a steady pace, smooth as a tiger's gait, and finishes balanced. notice the lacing stripes around the glass as you finish your pint it's the mark of the bengali tiger.
Sixpoint Resin IIPA
$7.00
it's been less than a year since we released our four core beers in cans, and we're ecstatic to announce a new addition to the flock. this isn't a seasonal release, like the autumnation of last fall or diesel, still going 'round this winter. it isn't our upcoming spring seasonal can, either. it's a never-before-released, big beer in a slim, 12 oz. can with a potent burst of hops and as strong as an ox: resin. we zeroed in on the botanical structure of the hop cone to get to the essence of this beer. when hops are at their peak maturity, their cores swell up with a sticky, golden, resinous substance that is the flavor you crave from an ipa. with an ibu of 103 and abv of 9.1%, resin can be loosely described as a double ipa, but rarely do sixpoint beers adhere to any strict style demands.
Sixpoint The Crisp
6.50
the original sehr crisp from sixpoint. brewed with noble hops for indelible sehr crisp flavor.
