"Manish Water" Soup (Goat Soup)
Friday Only! "Manish Water" was used locally to describe how strong goat soup would make you. Our goat soup is served with all parts of the goat. The usual bevy of vegetables and spices make this an amazing dish.

Curry Goat
Curry goat is a curry dish prepared with goat meat. It is also a popular party dish in Jamaica, and at a "big dance" a local expert or "specialist" is often brought in to cook it. It is flavored with a spice mix that is typical of Indo-Jamaican cooking and Scotch Bonnet Peppers.
