$Fresh From The Oyster Bar

Our fresh raw oysters and clams are presented with lemon, Maryland style cocktail sauce, saltine crackers and fiery horseradish. Mignonette sauce with cracked pepper, shallots and red wine vinegar is available upon request. We use oysters harvested from Maryland, Virginia and Delaware waters that are medium size and of medium salinity. Our steamed shrimp are premium Texas gulf shrimp harvested by American watermen. Fresh oysters, clams and mussels arrive at our door six days a week.
