Dried on raised beds under the sun for three weeks, the coffee possesses all of the great attributes of Ethiopian coffee: floral, juicy and exceedingly strawberry, while still being refined like a traditional washed coffee.

Big chocolate body with a very nice creamy balanced acidity. This coffee is a pacamara varietal. Our head roaster traveled to Guatemala and won this lot at auction. Pacamara is one of the highest rated cupping varietals. This one is no exception, coming from finca La florencia in the renown coffee region of huehuetenango, guatemala. This is a limited offering and it will not last long.
