What these recipes lack in heat, they MORE than make up for with their incredible taste. If you're new to stir-fry or just can't decide, these recipes will definitely please your palate.
Asian Seafood
We have added our favorite seafood, shrimp, but feel free to add your own favorite! This recipe is great with shrimp or scallops or even mahi mahi.
Dude, Ranch
Teriyaki Chicken
We're keeping it simple with this delicious blend of chicken veggies and our mild Teriayki sauce. Add brown rice or wrap it in lettuce to keep it low in calories.

Create a Bowl

At bd's we make it easy to create your own Stir-Fry. Just follow our four easy steps.
Step 1) Select your favorite meat or seafood
:Chicken, Lamb, Strip Steak, Pork, Rib-eye, Sausage, Krab (Surimi), Scallops, Shrimp, Pasta, Calamari, Rice Noodles, Mahi mahi and Meatballs (* Meat and seafood may vary by location). One serving is equal to one full tong (about 3 ounces). Tip: Different meats have different cooking times. For best results choose one meat.
Step 2) Add fresh vegetables to your bowl
:Bean Sprouts, Broccoli, Carrots, Cilantro, Corn (Baby), Edamame, Jalapenos, Mushrooms, Onions (Yellow), Pea Pods, Peppers, Pineapple, Red Skin Potatoes, Green Onions, Tomatoes, Water Chestnuts, Egg, Tofu, Black Beans and Corn (* Veggies may vary by location). Tip: Load em' up. You can never have too many veggies.
Step 3) Grab a black side cup and add three ladles of your favorite sauce
:Asian Black Bean Sauce, Spicy Buffalo (Blend of chilies, peppers & spices, with a touch of sweetness), Chili Garlic Sauce (Spicy blend of chilies, peppers & spices), Fajita, Kung Pao, Lemon (Sweet & tart blend of lemon & honey, with a hint of pepper), Mongolian Ginger (A sweet blend of garlic, ginger, sesame seeds & Japanese chilies), Peanut Sauce (Coconut & curry flavors infused into a Thai peanut sauce), Mongo Marinara (Sweet tomato sauce flavored with basil & oregano), Shanghai BBQ (A sweet & tangy Asian bbq sauce with hoisin sauce, fresh ginger & garlic), Shiitake Mushroom (Soy, hoisin & chili garlic sauces loaded with shiitake mushrooms), Light Soy, Sweet n Sour, Teriyaki (Sweet and savory combo of soy ginger and garlic), Oil Blend (added at the Grill), Ketchup, Pad Thai, Olive Oil, Mustard and Sour Cream (* Sauces may vary by
