Ruby Oolong

We source Ruby Oolong direct from a third-generation artisan oolong maker operating in the picturesque Doi Mae Salong region of northern Thailand. Ruby Oolong is deeply oxidized and slowly baked to develop complex layers of cacao, raisin, and black cherry with a sublime elegant structure. With its smooth texture and sweet aromatic notes of caramelized fruit and chocolate, Ruby Oolong Paris beautifully with food and has the patience to yield several infusions, each with their own aromatic nuances to savor.
