So you want the food delivered in bulk, but don't need servers or set up? Great! We can bring any combination of meat, sides, and dessert and leave it with you to dish out. You may be thinking, I don't want to do any of the shopping – we've got you covered as we offer rolls, a service pack (plates, napkins, plastic ware and serving utensils) and disposable chaffers for a small fee.We encourage 24-48 hours notice as some of our smoked meats take up to 16 hours to cook.
It will come hot and ready to eat in disposable aluminum pan or disposable plastic bowls with lids.
For your guests, plates/utensils can be provided upon request.
If Delivered, $20 fee within the Treasure Valley. $1.50/mile outside of the Treasure Valley. 10% Gratuity added to total.

As catering professionals, we suggest that if you have 100 people or more you consider this option. In its simplest terms, Full Service with us means peace of mind. We will provide everything needed to make a set-up happen, including the staff and extra supplies.
