Espresso

You say "expresso", we say "espresso" let's call the whole thing off? A double ristretto shot of our Bright Eyed blend espresso, dialed to perfection. Typically stretched a bit longer on volume to round out the edges and maximize sipability.
Americano
A classic choice. A double ristretto shot of our Bright Eyed blend espresso, married with piping hot water. All the look without all the fuss. Well played.
Cortado

Don't tell Cappuccino, but Cortado is my favorite. A 4oz beverage. 2oz of a double ristretto shot of our Bright Eyed blend espresso, 2oz steamed milk, with just enough foam to mention. It's gone before you're ready, but the feeling lingers on.
Cappuccino
A traditional 6oz beverage. 1-3 esp, 1-3 milk, 1-3 foam, 3-3 delicious.
Latte
The classic. Double Ristretto shot of our Bright Eyed blend espresso. Steamed milk. A foam top. Go on, get yours.
Mocha
It's house-made chocolate, mixed with a double ristretto shot of our Bright Eyed blend espresso, mixed with milk... I mean, C'mon.....
Turmeric Latte

Using a rotating cast of coffee varietals we slow brew this stuff to perfection. It's smoother than a fresh shorn ewe and as dynamic in flavor as your aunt Bernice. Just trust us, it's worth your while.
Nitro Cold Brew
We slow brew this recipe specifically for Nitro. It's foamy, it's creamy, it's nitrogen + coffee = science! Bill Nye would be proud.
Iced Tea
