The result, an exceptional quality product for you, growers/co-ops are paid at least 25% above fair trade prices; the grower must be committed to healthy environmental practices; the list goes on, and this is why we chose intelligentsia coffee as our main brand. Our traditional Kyoto style cold-brewed coffee topped with cold foam. The cold foam is aerated for a light, creamy addition to the dark, smooth flavors of our cold brew. This drink is perfectly balanced and both refreshing and invigorating. Try it with flavor infused into the foam, it’s really good.
Keto Coffee
Keto coffee, also known as bulletproof coffee consists of grass-fed butter and MCT oil blended with our hot brewed coffee to create a rich, smooth, aromatic concoction. This drink is excellent at providing you with energy and focus.
Caffé Con Leche
Café con leche is a Spanish coffee beverage consisting of bold and robust coffee mixed with scalded milk in approximately a 1:1 ratio. The amount of milk can be higher in café con leche en vaso or café con leche de desayuno. Sugar or sweetener is added according to taste. We also add sweetened condensed milk.
Kyoto Style Tower Cold-Brew
A 16-18 hour brewing process, using ice water, which reduces the bitterness and acidity created by hot water brewing methods. This style of brewing is time-consuming but the payoff is a superior cold-brewed coffee. We are constantly seeking new coffees with unique characteristics and flavor profiles, we usually have 4 to 5 different cold-brewed coffees on tap. note: “coffee brewed this way contain a very high amount of caffeineâ€.
Nitro Brew
This 24-hour brewing process, using ice water, which reduces the bitterness and acidity created by hot water, is paired with a special 12-hour gassing process that mimics that of stout beer to produce nitro brew coffee. Rich and velvety smooth no other coffee drink is quite like it! We feature new nitro brew coffees all the time so ask your barista what we have on tap. note: “coffee brewed this way contain a very high amount of caffeineâ€.
Café Au Lait
Black coffee mixed with scalded milk in approximately a 1:1 ratio. In Europe, café au lait stems from the same continental tradition as café con leche, french for “coffee with milk†it differs from white coffee, which is coffee with cold milk or other whitener added.

Brewed just for you one cup at a time. This is arguably one of the best ways to experience a cup of coffee! Due to the amount of control one has over the brewing process and the freshness of grinding and brewing the coffee immediately. You will experience all the fine nuances of flavor and aroma in your coffee as it’s flavor profile slowly shifts through temperature ranges revealing all its hidden complexities. We can execute many different methods of pour-over, all producing a uniquely different cup. utilizing glass, metal, or ceramic vessels with our Hario and Kalita wave drippers. We can brew your pour-over using paper, metal, or even ceramic filters to produce your coffee just the way you like it. not sure what you like yet? Try them all and find out.
French Press
The French press goes by various names around the world. In Italy, the press is known as a caffettiera a standoff. In Germany, it is known as a stempelkanne (“stamppotâ€). In New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa, the apparatus is known as a coffee plunger, and coffee brewed in it as plunger coffee. Its French name is cafetière à piston, most commonly referred to simply as cafetière in France, though some speakers might also use genericized trademarks, notably melior or bodum. In the uk and the netherlands the device is known as a cafetière, the french word for coffee maker or pot. in the united states and Canada, it is known as a french press or coffee press. Traditionally, a darker roast is used when utilizing a french press to brew. This is a full immersion brewing method that produces a robust cup with a heavy slightly oily body. This is recommended for anyone that is seeking a strong cup of coffee.
Aeropress

The Aeropress was invented in 2005 by alan Adler. Coffee is steeped for 10–50 seconds (depending on grind and preferred strength) and then forced through a filter by pressing the plunger through the tube. The filters used are either the paper or disc-shaped thin metal filters. The brewing method can produce an espresso strength concentration of coffee, but its most frequently used to produce more filter brewed strength coffee. The benefits include shorter brewing time, which leads to less acidic coffee, uses air pressure to extract more flavor, and finer grinds can be used. This allows for more control over the brewing process.
Chemex
The Chemex coffeemaker was invented in 1941 by dr. peter Schlobohm ph.d. made simply from non-porous, borosilicate glass and fastened with a wood collar and tie, it brews coffee without imparting any flavors of its own. this method of brewing produces a lighter body. And is good for making brewed to order coffee for more than one person at a time. Almost exactly similar to the Hario or Kalita wave aesthetically, the brewing method and filtration the Chemex is different and therefore so is the final product. And boy is it good.

Café Cubano

2oz. Café Cubano is a type of espresso that originated in Cuba.Specifically, it refers to an espresso shot that is sweetened with sugar and has been whipped with the first and strongest drops of espresso.
Americano
A double shot of espresso diluted into hot water. This preparation gives the drink a similar strength to, yet different flavor from, traditionally brewed coffee. The name “caffè americano†is Italian for “American coffee†and originates from the American g.i.s in Italy during WWII who would dilute Italian espresso to better match the kind of coffee they were used to drinking at home. This is a great choice if the flavor of traditional espresso is too strong for you.
Galão
Galão is a hot drink from Portugal made of espresso and foamed milk. Similar to caffè latte or café au lait, it consists of about one-quarter coffee and three-quarters foamed milk. It is served in a tall glass, as opposed to the smaller garoto that is served in a demitasse.

Nitro Tea
You have never had more velvety tea than this! We utilize the same process for making nitro coffee but with tea. there is much less caffeine. Matcha Latte

Per oz. yerba Mate has the “strength of coffee, the health benefits of tea, and the euphoria of chocolate†all in one beverage. of the six most commonly used stimulants in the world: coffee, tea, kola nut, cocoa and guarana, yerba mate is the most balanced, delivering both energy and nutrition. Yerba mate (yer-bah mah-tay) is made from the naturally caffeinated and nourishing leaves of the celebrated South American rainforest holly tree (Ilex paraguariensis). For centuries, South America’s Aché Guayakà tribe have sipped yerba mate from a traditional mate gourd for its rejuvenating effects. These rainforest people find tremendous invigoration, focus, and nourishment in yerba mate. Tomando mate (drinking mate) is a symbol of hospitality. As the mate gourd is passed around, a sense of connection emerges. The first step of the ceremony is the preparation of the gourd. Typically, the cebador/a mate server – prepares mate for a friend or a group of friends. The cebador/a drinks the first one or two gourd-fulls, testing the waters to ensure that only a smooth-running mate is shared. Then the gourd is refilled with water and passed counter-clockwise with the bombilla (straw-filter) facing the recipient. Each person drinks the entire gourd: “you share the vessel, not the liquid.†The recipient of the gourd has as much time as needed to finish the gourd-full. After the last few sips of the mate are gone, the gourd is returned with the bombilla facing the cebador/a. The gourd is refilled with hot water and follows around the circle, continuing in this fashion until the mate is lavado (flat). If someone has had enough mate, they simply say gracias (thank you) to indicate that they are finished.
