$Seafood Paella Valenciana

Paella de marisco valenciana. Our paellas are made using the freshest available seafood, meats and vegetables. This paella is cooked with jumbo shrimp, fish chunks, calamari, clams, boneless chicken, chorizo sausage and bacon.

$Lobster Seafood Paella

Paella real de mariscos y langosta. Our paellas are made using the freshest available seafood, meats and vegetables. This paella is cooked with jumbo shrimp, fish chunks, calamari, clams and plenty of lobster. 1/2 lobster tail per person.

$Paella Campesina

Chicken and pork paella. This paella is cooked using boneless chicken, pork, chorizo sausage and bacon with a mix of vegetables including corn on the cob.

$Chicken Paella

Arroz con pollo. This paella is cooked using boneless chicken, roasted red bell, peppers, Spanish olives and sweet green peas - No pork products.

$Paella Negra

Squid ink paella. Using jumbo shimp, squid, calamari, fish and clams we cook this delicious black paella in a squid ink broth.

$Lechon Asado 50 Guests

Roasted suckling pig. Whole pig marinated in Cuban Mojo and charcoal roasted served with Rice and Beans (Arroz Moro) and the option of Maduros, Tostones or Yuca con Mojo. We bring all the equipment to do all the cooking at your location.

Prices are based on thr 50 guest minimum order. Churrasco Grilled Skirt Steak with Chimichurri sauce. Two side dishes of your choice are included. Ex: Arroz Moro and Maduros.
