Em's Ice Cream is a certified organic ice cream company and we're based in Denver. We make everything from scratch right down to the chocolate chips in our Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. Em & #39;s Ice Cream is made using premium organic milk, organic cream, organic eggs, and organic cane sugar. We do not use any stabilizers, GMO&# 39;s, or food coloring.Our ice cream is gluten free and batch churned to ensure consistent and superior quality.Salted Caramel

This is our most popular flavor. We make our own salted caramel from scratch. This is a tricky flavor because too salty is off-putting and too sweet you wouldn't be able to eat very much. We spent a lot of time on this flavor and we think we nailed it.
Mint Chocolate Chip

What is really special about this flavor is that we make our own chocolate chips. We use a little bit of canola oil, which lowers their melting temperature so they stay malleable even when frozen.
Milk Chocolate

For our milk chocolate, we work with Valrhona, which is a French chocolate company. We make a ganche first and then fold that into our base, which gives you a very thick, velvety mouth feel.
Classic Vanilla

Most vanilla ice cream is made using a synthetic vanilla because it is very inexpensive. We use three forms of vanilla in our vanilla ice cream. First we steep our base in whole Mexican beans, and then right before it goes into the machine, we add a little bit of vanilla extract and vanilla paste. This brings out all the big vanilla notes, gives it a nice texture, and aesthetically, it looks pretty.
Roasted Banana

For our roasted banana, we roast the bananas whole with the skin on. This concentrates the sugar in the meat of the banana and the water is diffused through the skin, so you end up with a really big, sweet banana flavor.
Cookies & Cream

Made with our creamy classic vanilla ice cream and filled with chunks of gluten free cookies which makes a classic treat that everyone loves.
Chai

Tea and ice cream collide in this Vanilla Chai Ice Cream - With hints of vanilla, black tea, cardamom, black pepper and cinnamon.
Coffee Cashew Toffee

Most coffee ice cream is made using a coffee syrup that doesn't actually contain any coffee. For our coffee, we work with Luna Coffee, which is a local roaster located in the Rhino district. The beans for the coffee ice cream were roasted last Monday and were steeping in our base that same afternoon, so this is a truly coffee infused ice cream. We roast our own cashews and make our own toffee, and the sweetness adds a nice balance to the bitter notes of the coffee.
Burnt Brown Sugar

For our brunt brown sugar, we use a brown sugar that has a very high molasses content and we take it just past caramelization, which really brings out its natural bittersweet, smoky notes.
Toasted Coconut

For our toasted coconut, we start with raw coconut and steep it in our base for about an hour. Then we add a toasted candied coconut as it comes out of the machine, which give it a nice texture and sweet finish.
Chocolate Peanut Butter

Some say peanut butter solves everything, but we say chocolate and peanut butter solves everything. With its salty-sweet balance and extra creamy flavor, you'll be scooping for joy!
Earl Grey

We steep our base in an organic earl grey for about an hour. We use an earl grey that has a very high bergamot content, so you can really taste those sweet floral notes.
Birthday Cake

It's always a party with this delicious ice cream. Cake batter flavoring and sprinkles make this an absolute treat - and it's still gluten free!
