Hawaiian Burger

This burger cannot be altered in any way. Sausage burger. We start with our butter bun, add a little chipotle spread, then a thin bed of mixed greens onto which we lay the pineapple ring grilled with just a hint of cinnamon. Next we grill a 1" diameter Italian sausage in a nice tight spiral with a bit of teriyaki glaze and place it on top of the pineapple. We sprinkle a little toasted coconut flakes for sweetness and texture then a layer of avocado, a little more coconut and top off everything with a layer of our jalapeno bacon.
