Pastries

Fresh, crispy, and buttery pastries packed with Asian flavors from matcha to passion fruit.
Matcha Croissant
$7.50
A crispy, buttery croissant filled with a dark and rich organic matcha creme patisserie topped with a black sesame tuile. Flavor profile: For the matcha lover. The intensity of the matcha perfectly balances the richness of the croissant. Ingredients: flour, butter, water, cream, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, matcha, rice flour, orange juice, natural colors. Contains: wheat, eggs, milk, sesame. Inspiration: Matcha cafes have been in the spotlight in recent years. It's a race to greenest, most intense matcha. Matchaful in NYC is a fantastic example of where the trend is going (along the lines of craft coffee and chocolate). This is our colorful take on matcha.
Passion Fruit Croissant
$7.50
A crispy, buttery croissant filled with a silky smooth passion fruit ganache, yuzu syrup, and black sesame tuile. Flavor Profile: For the tropical fruit adventurer. Very sour and tart from the passion fruit and yuzu balanced out by the richness of the croissant. A good balance of crunch and softness. Ingredients: flour, butter, water, cream, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, passion fruit, gelatin, yuzu juice, orange juice, natural colors. Contains: wheat, eggs, milk, sesame. Inspiration: Passion fruit or Lilikoi is one of our favorite fruits. On past trips to Hawaii, we've scoured all the markets for their Lilikoi. It's a fruit you either love or hate because of its intense tartness. Lilikoi and croissant are a match made in heaven with the balance between the tartness and richness. It's just right.
Ube and Lavender Croissant
$7.50
A crispy, buttery croissant filled with a floral ube and lavender creme patisserie topped with a black sesame tuile. Flavor profile: For the Filipinos at heart. The floral flavor of the ube and lavender delicately balance the richness of the croissant. Ingredients: flour, butter, water, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, ube, cream, orange juice, natural colors. Contains: sesame, milk, wheat, eggs. Inspiration: Ube is among the most famous Filipino flavors. Most people don't know the original purple ube root is extremely hard to find and doesn't taste like much at all. The ube we know is more like purple sweet potato.
Vietnamese Coffee Croissant
$7.50
A crispy, buttery croissant with a coffee creme patisserie, miso caramel drizzle, and a black sesame tuile. Flavor profile: For the coffee and chocolate connoisseur. The darkness of the coffee balances the richness of the croissant. The miso caramel adds umami uncommon in most desserts. Ingredients: flour, butter, water, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, gelatin, coffee, miso, black sesame, cream, orange juice, natural colors. Contains: wheat, milk, eggs, sesame. In the past ten years, craft coffee and chocolate have been on the rise as we learn about the world of flavor contained in them. The classic chocolate croissant, pain au chocolate, or chocolatine are good, but the chocolate is underwhelming. Kaya's mocha croissant aims to bring the chocolatine to the next level. Non alcoholic.
Cinnamon Croissant Bread
$12.00
A crispy, buttery croissant bread loaf layered with spicy cinnamon and brown sugar.
