Our salumi is made from mangalitsa pigs from dinner bell farm, in grass valley CA. Dinner bell farm's specialty is pasture-raised pigs. Herds of heritage American mulefoots, mangalitsa and hereford hogs that graze openly under peach trees and former flower fields.
